My Commitment
The prospective home buyer can expect the highest level of professional service in the home inspection industry. My clients are provided with a 12 page report which includes a digital photo page on any inspection items that are noted as marginal or defective. The report reflects a non-invasive visual inspection of structural defects, systems and household components at the tiime of the inspection. The inspection will take approximately 2 to 2.5 hours depending upon the size of the house and the components inspected.

• Certified through the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors(NACHI)
• Graduate of Hondros College Master Home Inspector Program
• Member of the Columbus Board of Realtors
• Over 10 years experience in the construction/home repair industry
• Certified HVAC Technician
